Combined Postage Refunds

All US orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning we pay the applicable US import duties on your behalf.

Our checkout may calculate separate shipping charges when your basket contains different types of products, such as miniatures and clothing.

Don't worry — we only charge you for one combined parcel.

If your order includes duplicate postage charges, we will automatically refund the excess postage to your original payment method after reviewing your order. You do not need to contact us or request the refund.

The amount shown at checkout is the maximum you will pay. Any applicable postage refund will reduce your final cost.
